She has undertaken training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Intervention for Autism (DiVA).

 

 

 

 

Dr Anastasios Galanopoulos is a consultant psychiatrist in the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. He is also an honorary clinical researcher at the Institute of Psychiatry. He is a clinical leader for the 3Brough Adult ADHD/ASD Service and specializes in ADHD and autism.

 

 

 

 

Dr Cara Langford Watts

 

 

 

 

Dr Cara Langford Watts is an Adhd centre Brighton member with a lot of experience working with service users, students with ADHD as well as other mental health issues. She is also a member of the European Coaching and Mentoring Council.
