The existing SharedArrayBuffer specification allows developers to create custom locks using the Atomics API. Currently, the array must be an integer typed array backed by a SharedArrayBuffer. We propose extending all Atomics methods that take an array/index to take an object and a property name instead. Since an index is a property name, this does not change behavior of code that already uses this API for SharedArrayBuffer. This also implies that Atomics methods that currently take integer values (for storing or comparing to elements in typed arrays) will now be able to take any JavaScript value when used with normal JavaScript properties.

Then, we run this function for different obfuscation parameters, as well as with no obfuscation. For each configuration, we run 100 iterations.
